today i have received my 3 5ports Gigabit POE+ Switch and 2/3 are very stubbord regarding the adoption process in online controller

SOLUTION

step1: install a local controller on windows (i use mainly osx but device isn’t seen on osx controller)

step2: click settings – controller – and put in your online controller HOSTNAME OR IP ( i put hostname but checked option below with)

step3: go to devices tab and click adopt ..in 1min u will have it in your online controller to click adopt it
