step1: create a stadard user

step2: from elevated command prompt run the command psexec -s -i regedit.exe then select file – import –  rdp2.reg ( first eliminate the .txt file then download pstools from sysinternals site )

step3: from elevated command prompt run “net localgroup “Remote Desktop Users” user-name /add
