Please do the following:
- Download and unpack the software update: SoftwareUpdate_RDC_Tool_Gen_3_V55_1.zip
- Switch on the RDC tool.
- Select the menu item “My devices”.
- Select the menu item “Update device”.
- Connect the RDC Tool to the PC via micro USB.
- In Windows File Explorer, copy the software update to the RDC tool, which appears like a USB device. The file extension of the software update ends in .mfu.
Do not disconnect the RDC Tool from the USB port during the update, do not switch it off, do not shut down the PC and do not log off!
- After finishing the copying process, the RDC Tool automatically starts the update.
- After the update is 100% complete and verified, the RDC tool will automatically restart.
